Problem
Having web portal for beneficiary, we should create easy to use application from scratch for beneficiaries.
One of the problem and flow I worked was registration, we needed too many information about users to show relevant recommendation and the same time keep users to fill the information.

Research
We initiated kick-off meetings with stakeholders to establish a solid foundation. During these meetings, we clarified requirements, reviewed existing design documentation, and gained a comprehensive understanding of current workflows. Additionally, we identified the stakeholders' insights regarding their customers' needs and engaged in brainstorming sessions to explore potential solutions that could effectively assist users in achieving their goals.
User interviews
Once the business stakeholder interviews were done, we interviewed costumers, asking questions like “ What has your experience been like with this product so far?”, “Do you remember a time where you were frustrated?”,, or “Talk me through how you approach this task”.

Problem
The issue was the excessive length of the application submission process. Moreover, there were an excessive number of mandatory fields that needed to be completed. However, we maintained a user-centric approach, acknowledging that users were providing their information by completing the forms. Consequently, we conducted meetings with clients to ensure the necessity of all the forms. Additionally, we deliberated on potential opportunities to combine information and pages, aiming to streamline the process. For instance, if personal and family data had been entered, we contemplated the purpose of not consolidating them into a single section, thereby simplifying the user experience.
Business analyses
Following kickoff meetings with stakeholders, we explored various approaches to address the problem and streamline the application submission process. After engaging in discussions with business analysts, we determined that obtaining data from Sakani and splitting the process into two steps (with booking and without booking) would be feasible. Additionally, we proposed distinct business logics and packages based on these differentiated steps.
From a UX perspective, we designed a flow that allows beneficiaries to select package types and subsidies, enabling them to maximize their benefits. The system dynamically presents the available REDF subsidy options, contingent upon the chosen product type and the presence of MOH subsidies (UNIT_SUBSIDY_TYPE).
Once all the necessary checks are successfully completed, the lead is automatically transferred to a hidden basket, as outlined in Step 8. This ensures that users receive relevant and tailored recommendations throughout the process.

At the atoms level, we focused on the fundamental building blocks of design, such as color palettes and fonts. Moving up to the molecules level, we integrated multiple atoms to create cohesive components. As we progressed further, we arrived at the pages level, where our design had fully matured into a comprehensive and fully developed framework.
